Big Spring Farm Wedding 6.10.17

Our team at Southern Inn Catering had a great day celebrating a beautiful couple at Big Spring Farm earlier this month! The reception layout for this event was unique and absolutely stunning!

 We served our chip and dip display during cocktail hour. Hors d’oeuvres included hummus, shrimp and ham dip, olive tapenade, and french onion dip paired with homemade potato chips, pita chips, crustades, and fresh crudité.

We served a buffet-style dinner that boasted our signature caesar salad, local green beans, honey glazed carrots, red mashed potatoes, smoked gouda macaroni and cheese, marinated flank steak, and grilled pork loin.

It was a gorgeous warm day with not a cloud in the sky. Guests stayed refreshed at the bar and danced the night away in Big Spring’s lovely barn. Seeing the bride, groom, and all of the guests having a great time and enjoying our delicious eats makes us love what we do that much more!
